Payment and Deposit Terms

Booking Deposit:​

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking amount or the cost of one night's stay (whichever is higher) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your package and will be deducted from your final payment.

Final Payment:

  • The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

  • If the balance is not received by the due date, your reservation may be subject to cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • If you are booking within 7 days of your arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • On-site Payment Option: You also have the option to pay the remaining balance on-site upon your arrival at the clinic, without any additional fees. Payment can be made by card, cash, or any other accepted payment methods at the clinic.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 7 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit, but no additional fees will be charged.

  • Within 7 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking amount.

  • Within 48 Hours of Arrival: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will not be eligible for any refund, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • PayPal: Secure payments can be made via PayPal, allowing you to use your PayPal balance or linked bank account.

  • SWIFT and SEPA Transfers: We accept international payments via SWIFT and SEPA bank transfers. Please note that any bank fees associated with the transfer are the responsibility of the customer.

  • On-site Payments: You have the option to pay directly at the clinic before your procedure. This payment can be made in cash, by card, or through any other accepted payment methods at the clinic.

  • Online Payment via Website: Secure payments can also be made through our website using any of the available payment methods.

Currency and Taxes:

  • All payments are processed in EUR (Euros), USD (United States Dollar) and MDL (Moldovian Leu). The total booking amount includes all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.

  • Any exchange rate differences or bank fees resulting from international transactions are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Security:

  • We use SSL encryption to ensure that all transactions are secure and that your payment information is protected.

  • Your payment details will not be shared with third parties, except as required for processing your payment.

Payment Confirmation:

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details and payment receipt.

  • Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Amendments to Booking:

  • You may request changes to your booking up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival, subject to availability.

  • Any amendments made within 7 days of your arrival may incur additional charges and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation or amendment date.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method may be arranged.

Compliance with EU Consumer Law:

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to receive clear and transparent information about your booking, including the total price, payment terms, and your rights in the event of a cancellation or amendment.

  • We comply with all relevant EU regulations regarding consumer rights, data protection, and payment security.

Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events), we will work with you to reschedule your booking or offer a credit for future use.

  • Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
